It’s hard to imagine an area of the city that mixes style, location and quality retail and residential offerings as well as Northwest Portland. A quick jaunt (on foot or streetcar) from The Pearl, and tucked right beside the active and diverse Burnside St., Northwest provides patrons and residents abundant options to eat, drink and socialize. A dense combination of craftsman and old Portland style homes, turn of the century condominiums, retail buildings, parks and trees make this one of Portland’s favorite hang outs.

21st and 23rd street offer a terrific variety of upscale restaurants and lounges, neighborhood bars, coffee shops, bakeries, clothing and accessory stores. The areas immediately East and West of this provide retail and residential, along with parks and elementary schools.
