“I just moved into my first home in February 2012 with the help of Ritchie.  I had no idea what I was getting into and Ritchie’s walked me through everything.  He really understood what I was looking for and was considerate of what I had to work with.  There was no pressure to move quicker than I wanted to but he was always available when I wanted to jump on a showing quickly.  After we put together my offer I decided to have the additional inspections done on the house and used the providers he recommended, and boy was that a win for me.  We were able to get a lot of additional repairs and the entire sewer line was replaced, thanks to having that extra sewer scope done.  Everyone he worked with was fantastic.
