Born in Portland, raised in Tigard, and educated at the University of Oregon, Ritchie Metzler is a true Oregonian.
After receiving his BA in finance, Ritchie spent six years in finance and marketing before making the switch to real estate.
Since becoming a realtor, he has sought ways to improve his market knowledge by participating in Portland Development Commission meetings and researching residential and commercial markets.

“I just moved into my first home in February 2012 with the help of Ritchie. I had no idea what I was getting into and Ritchie’s walked me through everything. He really understood what I was looking for and was considerate of what I had to work with. There was no pressure to move quicker than I wanted to but he was always available when I wanted to jump on a showing quickly. After we put together my offer I decided to have the additional inspections done on the house and used the providers he recommended, and boy was that a win for me.
