Patrick transplanted to Oregon from Florida in 1993, and has been in love with Portland ever since. He has always been active and engaged in the community. As an artist and gallery owner, he has been involved with the arts community. He has owned and operated successful local businesses, and owns the building that one of the businesses resides in. Patrick and his family, Cristin and Aubrey, live in their dream home in Arbor Lodge.
